The Truth About Your Funnel

You are not losing cases at trial.
You are losing them between the click and the retainer.

You are not buying marketing.
You are funding a leak.

You already do the hardest part of the job. You win in court. You take care of clients. You build a firm worth referring to. Then you hand the rest over to an agency, and this is what comes back:

  • You pay $400 a click for leads who go to voicemail after 5pm.
  • Your reports show keyword rankings and impressions, not signed cases.
  • Your intake team picks up at 9:14am for a lead that came in at 11pm. By then, the case is with the firm down the street.
  • ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews are rewriting how people find lawyers. Your agency is still optimizing for 2019.
  • You have an SEO agency, a PPC agency, a web shop, an answering service, and a reputation tool. Not one owns the result.
  • You are the only one in the building actually watching the signed-case number every week.
Who Builds This

Ten years building brands.
Five years deep in personal injury.

Drive Legal Marketing is the legal division of Drive Creative Agency. Drive has been building brands for over a decade. The last five of those years have been spent specializing in personal injury, learning what actually moves signed cases in real PI markets versus what just looks good on a quarterly report.

One team, one stack

Brand, creative, paid media, intake, attribution. Every layer of the funnel runs under one roof, with one team, against one number. No vendor stack, no finger-pointing, no gaps.

Sub-5-minute intake response

24/7 intake operations. Every lead answered, qualified, and routed inside five minutes. The metric most agencies pretend doesn't matter is the metric we built our delivery model around.

One metric only

Signed cases per dollar of marketing spend. Every report, every meeting, every decision comes back to that. Not clicks. Not impressions. Not rankings.

The Plan

Introducing
The Case Engine.

A full-stack system that turns personal injury marketing spend into signed cases. We build the brand, tell the story, run the ads, answer every lead in under five minutes, and feed signed-case attribution back into your case management system every month.

"One team. One system. One metric: signed cases."
01 · What you pay
$35,000 /mo
$12,500 one-time onboarding.

All-in. One invoice.

Media spend, agency fees, intake operations, technology. One invoice. One accountable partner.

02 · What you get
20 qualified
intakes/mo
Within 90 days of launch. Every month after.

Sub-5-minute response. 24/7.

Cases scheduled directly into your CMS, not handed off to an answering service. Full-funnel ownership: brand, paid media, SEO, intake, attribution. Market-level exclusivity in your DMA.

03 · If we miss
We work free.
Until we catch up.

We carry the risk.

Your monthly investment continues, but Drive applies 100% of it to media and operations. Drive earns zero fee until we hit the 20-intake floor for the month we missed.

The Standard

What "qualified intake" actually means.

Most agencies promise "leads." Drive promises qualified intakes. There's a difference, and it matters.

A qualified intake is a potential client who has met all seven of these criteria, written into your contract. If an intake doesn't meet all seven, it doesn't count toward the 20-per-month floor.

This is what separates Drive from agencies selling "leads." Anyone can deliver a phone number. We deliver pre-qualified prospects ready for your attorney's first conversation.

Schedule A · Qualified Intake Definition
  1. Verified incident matching your firm's case type.
  2. Within statute of limitations for your jurisdiction.
  3. Located in your geographic service area.
  4. Responded to within five minutes of inbound contact.
  5. Completed our structured intake questionnaire.
  6. Live-handed to your intake team or scheduled into your CMS.
  7. Pre-screened for case viability against your firm's criteria.
The Guarantee

In Writing.

The Promise

We will deliver 20 net-new qualified intakes per month within 90 days.

If we miss, we work free until we hit the number.

01

No long-term contract

Month-to-month after day 90. Always. You stay because the work delivers, not because a contract holds you.

02

CMS-verified attribution

Every qualified intake is timestamped and tracked in your case management system. You see what we see. There is nothing to take on faith.

03

Ad spend protected, not hidden

The media portion of your investment funds active campaigns even during catch-up periods. We pause our retainer if we miss the number, never the campaigns generating the cases you paid for.

Proof

Trusted by one of Michigan's largest personal injury firms.

Drive has been Michigan Auto Law's marketing partner for 3 years. They are one of the largest personal injury firms in the state, with operations across both the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets.

That relationship is the foundation of how we work. Long-term partnership. Outcomes you can measure. A team that shows up.

The Fit

The Case Engine is built for a specific kind of firm.

This is for you if

You want a partner, not a vendor.

  • You're a personal injury firm doing $5M to $30M in annual revenue.
  • You have 4 to 15 attorneys actively practicing.
  • You operate primarily in a single DMA (Detroit, Atlanta, Phoenix, Tampa, similar).
  • Your current marketing isn't producing the signed-case volume your team can handle.
  • You want a single accountable partner instead of managing 3 different vendors.
  • You're willing to be measured on outcomes, not activity reports.
This isn't for you if

You're shopping on price.

  • You're looking for the cheapest agency in the market.
  • You want to manage media spend separately from agency fees.
  • You're not ready to commit to a 12-month engagement.
  • You want to keep your current intake operations and only buy traffic.
  • You operate in a market where Drive has an existing client conflict.
90 Days From Now

Here is what changes.

Before

Marketing as a cost center.

  • Ten vendors, no owner of the outcome.
  • Leads go to voicemail after hours.
  • Reports that show impressions, not cases.
  • Creative that looks like every other firm in your market.
  • You are the only one watching the numbers.
After

Marketing as a revenue engine.

  • One team owning every click to every retainer.
  • Every lead answered in under 5 minutes, 24/7.
  • Monthly report that names the signed cases.
  • Brand and creative your market recognizes.
  • A guarantee tied to the only metric that matters.
Answers

Questions firms ask before they sign.

That is the most important question on this page, and we built the engagement around it. Sign rate on qualified intakes is reviewed every month. If your sign rate falls below the industry baseline of 25% for three consecutive months, we run a joint working session to diagnose the cause: intake quality, attorney conversion process, or case criteria mismatch. The guarantee is on qualified intakes because that is what we control. The monthly review is how we make sure we are delivering intakes your team can actually convert.
Because we cannot guarantee what we cannot measure. Read access to your case management system is how we tie marketing spend to signed retainers. Without it, the dashboard shows clicks and impressions, which is exactly what you are trying to get away from. CMS access is non-negotiable. Firms that resist it are usually firms that do not actually want accountability.
Three reasons. One: it gives you one number to commit to instead of two, which makes the decision cleaner. Two: it locks in the spend so neither side can cut campaign budget mid-engagement and undermine the guarantee. Three: it changes the comparison set. You are not deciding between us and a $5,000 SEO agency. You are deciding between us and the in-house marketing director plus team plus tools plus media budget you would otherwise have to build.
Most are excellent at what they do. None of the major players guarantee outcomes. They sell rankings, traffic, and impressions. We sell qualified intakes. Both are real, both work, but they answer different questions. If your problem is "I want to be on page one for 'car accident lawyer,'" most agencies in our category are excellent at that. If your problem is "I want to know which dollars become retainers," that is a different system, and that is what we built.
We've built CPL math with significant buffer. Our Material Market Shift clause triggers a recalculation if your market's CPL spikes 30% or more for 30 consecutive days, which protects both sides. The pre-engagement audit confirms your specific market math before you sign.
That's exactly why the pre-engagement audit exists. We confirm your intake capacity before signing. If your operations need work, we either build that into the engagement or we tell you to fix it before launch. We don't sign firms we can't make successful.
No. The Case Engine includes market-level exclusivity in your DMA for your firm's case types. We define markets by metro area, not state lines, because that is how cases actually flow. This is how we already operate with our anchor client, who has exclusivity across both the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. If a direct competitor is already in our pipeline when you start your fit conversation, we will tell you before you commit.
After the initial 90-day term, the engagement is month-to-month. Cancel any month with 30 days notice. We do not lock you into 12-month contracts because we do not need to. The work delivers or you leave.
Because that's what it costs to run a marketing engine that produces 20 qualified intakes per month with the response standards we maintain. Most agencies in our category charge $10,000 to $15,000 in fees plus $15,000 to $25,000 in separate ad spend, and most don't include intake operations or guarantee outcomes. Our bundled pricing is competitive with what you'd pay at any major PI marketing agency for less comprehensive service and zero guarantee.
